Regulations. 52.--(1) The Governor in Council may nake regulations for the issue of permits under section 3, for the dressing of stone under section 4, for the control of noises under sections 12 and 13, and generally for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Ordinance.
(2) All regulations made under this Ordi- nance shall be laid on the table of the Leg- islative Council at the first meeting thereof held after the publication in the Gazette of the making of such regulations, and if a resolution be passed at the first meeting of the Legislative Council held after such re- gulations have been laid on the table of the said Council resolving that any such regula- tion shall be rescinded or amended in any manner whatsoever, the said regulation shall without prejudice to anything done there- under, be deemed to be rescinded or amended, as the case may be, as from the date of publication in the Gazette of the passing of
such resolution.
