THE CROWN LANDS RESUMPTION ORDINANCE, 1900.
No. 643.-It is hereby notified, pursuant to section 16 (2) of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, that awards have been made in respect of the resumption of the undermentioned lots in Demarcation District No. 83 of the New Territories as follows:--

and that the District Officer, North, a Government Officer, is hereby appointed to pay the compensation so awarded together with interest thereon as prescribed by the said Ordinance, at his office, and during Government office hours between 11 o'clock in the forenoon of Friday, the 31st day of October, 1920, and 4 o'clock in the afternoon of Fri- day, the 31st day of October, 1930. If no claim be made for the compensation monies at the place, and within the time appointed the officer appointed as above will cause such monies unclaimed to be paid into the Treasury, and the provisions of section 16 (5) and (6) of the said Ordinance as to claims within five years, or transfer, thereafter, to the general revenue of the Colony, as the case may be, will apply to the said monies.

If no claim be made for the compensation monies at the place, and within the time appointed the officer appointed as above will cause the monies unclaimed to be paid into the Treasury, and the provisions of section 16 (5) and (6) of the said Ordinance as to claims within five years, or transfer, thereafter, to the general revenue of the Colony, as the case may be, will apply to the said monies.
