No. 539.-It is hereby notified that it is the intention of His Excellency the Governor to make an Order on the expiration of six months from the date hereof direct- ing the removal of certain graves in that portion of Mount Davis Cemetery, betw on the Northern Boundary of Inland Lot No. 899 and Mount Davis Road, which is shown on a plan deposited in the Office of the Sanitary Department in this Colony. Such Order will be made for the purpose of the execution of a public work namely the proper laying out of such area in connection with the Aberdeen Waterworks Scheme.
