10. Sailors Home and Missions to Seamen Incorporation Bill.—The Hon. Mr. C. G. S. MACKIE addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Sailors Home and Missions to Seamen."

Supplementary Appropriation Bill.-The Colonial Secretary moved the Second reading of the Bill intituled "An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of Three hundred and four thousand five hundred and thirty-eight Dollars and eighty-three Cents to defray the Charges of the year 1929,"
