Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 (I) (b) of the Tobacco Ordinance, 1916, Ordinance No. 10 of 1916, on the 6th day of August, 1930.
The rates of drawback set out in regulation 1 of the Drawback Regulations pub- lished as Government Notification No. 75 of 1929, amended as appears in Government Notification No. 352 of 1930, are hereby further amended by the substitution for item (e) of the following item,
(c) On tobacco manufactured in Chinese fashion :-
(i) Without the addition of oil
at the rate of 87 cents per lb.
(ii) With the addition of not more than 17 per cent. of oil
at the rate of 78 cents per lb.
