No. 282. It is hereby notified that the Honourable Mr. Eowix RICHARD HALLIFAX, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Cɔm- mander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, resumed duty as Secretary for Chinese Affairs, with effect from this date.
