Ordinance No. 25 of 1929.- An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Trustees of the Chater Masonic Scholarship Fund.

No. 98.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. ROBERT ANDREW DERMOD FORREST to act as Chief Assistant to the Secretary for Chinese Affairs, with effect from 1st February, 1930.

No. 99. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. ROBERT ANDREW DERMOD FORREST to be a Member of the Board of Examiners, with effect from Sth February, 1930.

No. 100. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. WALTER SCHOFIELD to act as Assistant Head of the Sanitary Department, in addition to his other duties, with effect from 10th February, 1930.

No. 101-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to make the following promotions in the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps to date from 1st February, 1930:-
Lieutenant MANNA ALFRED JOHNSON, M.M., to be Captain.
Lieutenant HENRY RUSSELL FORSYTH to be Captain. Second Lieutenant ALEX HUTTON POTTS to be Lieutenant. Second Lieutenant JOSÉ SIMAO RODRIGUES to be Lieutenant. Sergeant LESLIE FRERE NICHOLSON to be Second Lieutenant.
