No. 90.-The following Order is published for general information.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of the Unclaimed Balances Ordi- nance, 1929, His Excellency the Governor hereby directs that the respective sums of money, particulars of which appear hereunder, shall be transferred from the Com- panies Liquidation Account to the general revenue of the Colony. This transfer is subject to the provisions contained in the said Ordinance as to refunds.

The Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900.

Lor No. 774, SURVEY DISTRICT IV.

No. 91. It is hereby notified, pursuant to section 16 (2) of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, that an award of $4,155.63 has been made in respect of the resumption of S.D. IV Lot No. 774 and that the District Officer, South, a Govern- ment Officer, is hereby appointed to pay the compensation so awarded together with interest thereon as prescribed by the said Ordinance, at his office, and during Govern- ment office hours between 11 o'clock in the forenoon of Friday, the 14th day of February, 1930 and 4 o'clock in the afternoon of Friday, the 14th day of February, 1930. If no claim be made for the compensation money at the place, and within the time appointed the officer appointed as above will cause such money to be paid into the Treasury, and the provisions of section 16 (5) and (6) of the said Ordinance as to claims within five years, or transfer, thereafter, to the general revenue of the Colony, as the case may be, will apply to the said money.
