OTICE is hereby given that Messrs. JOHN MORETON AND COMPANY LIMITED of No. 7 Horseley Fields Wolverhampton in the County of Stafford England General Hard- ware Merchants and Manufacturers have on the 3rd day of September 1906 applied for the registration in Hougkong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :—
The distinctive device of a Butterfly. The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants since the year 1869 in respect of Wares of precious metal or Imitations thereof namely Aluminium Wares, Argentina Wares. Beads, Belt Clasps, Britannia Metal Ware, Bronze Work and Imitation Bronze Work, Brooches, Buckles, Buttons, Candlesticks, Electro plated Cutlery, Drinking Flasks, Electro plated Ware, Table Forks. German Silver Wares. Handles. Jewellery, Ladles, Nickel Wares, Ornaments, Sheffield plated goods, Small Wares and Vir. inian Silver Wares, all before mentioned goods being either wholly or partly of metal in Class 14.
