NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, dated the fifth day of December, 1929, confirming the reduction of the Capital of the above-named company from $400,000.00 to $200,000.00 and the minute (approved by the Court) showing with respect to the Capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above ordinances were registered by the Re- gistrar of Companies on the 7th day of Decem- ber, 1929, AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the said minute is in the words and figures follow- ing "The Capital of the Hong Kong and Canton Ice Manufacturing Company, Limited, (and Reduced) henceforth is $200,000.00 divided into 40,000 shares of $5.00 each, instead of the original Capital of 8400,000.00 divided into 40,000 shares of $10.00 each. At the time of the registration of this minute the sum of $5,00 has been and it to be deemed paid up on each

of the said shares.'
