NOTICE is hereby that it is intended
to declare a first dividend in the above matter, and creditors, who HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE So, are required on or before the THIRTY- FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 1930, to send their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to the UNDERSIGNED, the Liquidator of the said Bank, and are also required by their Solicitors or personally to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the Office of the Official Receiver, Supreme Court, on any week day (except Saturday), between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 pm. or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

MEETING of the creditors of the Com- pany will be held on Saturday, the 7th dsy of December, 1929, at the registered office of the Company, at Tokwawan, Kowloon, Hong Koug, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, pursuant to the provisions of Section 181 of the Com- panies Ordinance, 1911.
