No. 1056.--It is hereby notified that under the provisions of the Public Holidays Ordinance, 1875, (Ordinance No. 2 of 1875), the following days, namely, Tuesday, the 25th December, Wednesday, the 26th December, and Monday, the 31st December, 1906, and Tuesday, the 1st January, 1907, will be kept as Public Holidays in the Colony.

It is hereby notified that SPENCER KELLY, Inspector (Third Class), in the Sanitary Department, has been suspended from the exercise of his office for corrupt practices, with effect from the 17th instant, pending the decision of the Secretary of State for the Colonies regarding his dismissal from the Government Service.
