have, on the 22nd day of July, 1929, applied

for the registration in Hong Kong, in the

Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark: -

Ortoxin

in the name of 1. G. Farbenindustrie Atkienge sellschaft Waibel and Company, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used

by the Applicants but it is their intention to

use same forthwith in respect of:-

Chemical substancess used in manufac-

turer, photography or philosophical

research in Class 1.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen

at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks

of Hong Kong and the undersigned.
