Regulation made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council, on the 15th day of December, 1906, under the Public Holidays Ordinance 1875, (Ordinance No. 2 of 1875, Section 3).

The Police Magistrates' Department shall be, and the same is hereby excluded from the operation of the Public Holidays Ordinance, 1875, on Monday, the 31st day of December, 1906.

Regulation made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council on the 15th day of December, 1906, under the provisions of the Dangerous Gools Ordinance 1873, (Ordinance No. 1 of 1873, Section 6).

The Rules and Regulations made by the Governor in Council on the 15th day of March, 1906, under the provisions of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance 1873, (Ordinance No. 1 of 1873, Section 6) and published in Government Notification No. 213 of March 16th, 1906, are hereby amended by the substitution for Regulation 9 thereof of the following Regula- 9. The Dangerous Goods Anchorages shall mean the portions of the harbour with-

The Northern Anchorage.

"Northern Poundary ".-A line drawn from Southern side of Torpedo Depôt Platform touching and extending to the Eastward of Lai Chi Kok

Point.

"Southern Foundary".-A West line drawn from Hankow Rock Buoy. "Eastern Boundary ".-A North' line drawn from outlying Rock on the North Eastern side Stonecutters' Island interse ting with the Northern and Southern boundaries.

"Western Boundary ".—-A North line drawn from the Northernmost point of Stonecutters' Island intersecting with the Northern and Southern

boundaries.

The Eastern Anchorage.

"Northern Boundary ".-A line drawn from the Chequered Buoy marking the West edge of the Man-of-War Anchorage to North Point of Hongkong.

"Eastern Boundary ".--Western edge of the Telegraph Cable Ground. "Western Boundary ".---- Eastward of a North and South line drawn through Kellett's Island."

The Western Anchorage.

"Northern Boundary ".-The Southern limit of the Quarantine An- chorage, viz.:-The Naval shears at Kowloon bearing E. by S.

“Southern Boundary ".-The Naval shears at Kowloon bearing East. "Eastern Boundary ".--The Southernmost point of Stonecutters' Island bearing North..

"Western Boundary".-A line drawn from the West extreme of Stonecutters' Island to the West extreme of Green Island.
