N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Leung Chap Shan, Mok Hing Wan and Lau Sing Woon all of Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on the following businesses in co-partnership under the following styles or firm names, viz:--- 1. The Transferee intends to carry on the said businesses at the above-mentioned respective addresses and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in the said busi-
