Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above-named Com- pany, duly convened and held at No. 60 Ko Shing Street, (2nd floor), Victoria, in the Coloy of Hong Kong, at 2.30 o'clock p.m. on the 29th day of April, 1929, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed : -
