The above Trade Marks, Nos. 1, 2 and 3, have been used by the Applicant in respect of chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy in Class 3 since the year 1906, and No, 4 has not been used but is intended to be used forthwith in respect of perfumery and toilet articles, in Class 48.
