We have audited the above Balance Sheet with the Books, Vouchers and Securities at the Head Office and with the certified returns from the Branches and Agencies made up to 31st December 1928, with the exception of certain distant offices where the year is closed on 31st October or 30th November.
We have obtained all the information and explanations we have required. In our opinion such Palance Sheet is full and fair, and properly drawn up so as to exhibit a true and correct view of the Corporation's affairs according to the best of our information and the explanations given to us and as shown by the Books of the Corporation.
