the members of the above-named Com- pany, duly convened and held at the flang Fa Lau Restaurant, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 8th day of January, 1929, the following Special Resolution was duly pass- ed and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company, also duly convened, and held at the same place, on the 22nd day of January, 1929, the follow- ing Special Resolution was duly confirmed:- "That the Company he wound-up volun-

tarily and that Ko Tak Fai. Fung Fung Tseung, and,Ko Chung Ngok, be appointed the Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up."
