Order made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under section 7 of the Rating Ordinance, 1901, Ordinance No. 6 of 1901, this 10th day of October, 1918.

It is hereby ordered that a valuation of the tenements in the Colony for the year commencing 1st July, 1919, shall be made before the 30th day of April, 1919, or as soon thereafter as may be.

Order made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under sections 3 and 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, Ordinance No. 32 of 1915, on the 17th day of October, 1918.

1. Rule 41 which was published in the Gazette of the 18th August, 1916, and which was amended in the Gazettes of the 19th October, 1917, and the 5th July and 27th September, 1918, is further amended by the deletion of the word "Spain" in paragraph (3) thereof.

2. The Schedule to Rule 41 of the rules made by the Governor in Council under the above Ordinance is amended as follows:

(1) The following headings are deleted :-

Chemicals, etc., the following:-

(B) Ammonia and its salts, whether simple or compound, and mixtures containing such salts (except ammonia liquor, liquefied ammonia, ammonium alum, ammonium carbonate, chloride, nitrate, perchlorate, sulphate and sulphocyanide, and nickel ammonium sulphate, and mixtures con- taining such ammonium salts);

(B) Ammonia, liquefied;

(B) Ammonia liquor;

(B) Ammonium alum and mixtures contain-

ing ammonium alum;

(B) Ammonium carbonate and mixtures con-

taining ammonium carbonate;

(B) Ammonium chloride, including muriate of ammonia and sal-ammoniac, and mixtures containing these substances; (B) Ammonium nitrate and mixtures contain-

ing ammonium nitrate;

(B) Ammonium perchlorate and mixtures containing ammonium perchlorate;

(B) Ammonium sulphate and sulphocyanide; (B) Barium sulphate;

(B) Indigo, natural and synthetic;

(B) Nickel ammonium sulphate and mixtures

containing nickel ammonium sulphate; (c) Sodium bicarbonate.
