Regulations made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under section 37 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, on the 3rd day of October, 1918.

The regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 37 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, on the 5th day of April, 1917, and published in the Gazette on the said 5th day of April, 1917, as Government Notification No. 141, are hereby amended by the addition thereto of the following regulations:-

36. No person shall gamble on any launch or motor boat used as a ferry. 37. The master of any launch or motor boat used as a ferry shall not permit

any gambling on such launch or motor boat.
