No. 676. With reference to the notice of the nomination by His Excellency the Governor of a member of the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amounts of compen- sation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Survey District IV Lots Nos. 614 (Remaining Portion) and 3182, published in the Gazette of the 15th November, 1929, as Government Notification No. 586, the owner having failed within seven days from the date of such publication to nominate a member to represent him on the said Board, I, the undersigned, Chairman of the said Board, do hereby nominate and appoint EDMUND FREDERICK RONALD SAMPLE, F.R.I.B.A., to be a member of the said Board on behalf of such own..
