Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Vehicles and Traffic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, Ordinance No. 40 of 1912, on the 16th day of December, 1929.

The Traffic Regulations set forth on pages 617-655 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, amended as appears in Government Notifications Nos. 368 of 1926, 331 of 1927, 586 of 1928 and 27, 334 and 553 of 1929, are hereby further amended by the deletion of item (f) in the enumeration of licence fees in regulation 5 and the substi- tution of the following item therefor,-

Vehicle.

(f) Motor omnibuses and charabanes (these vehicles must be fitted with pneumatic

tyres) :-

Not exceeding 40 cwts. in weight

unladen

Exceeding 40 cwts. in weight

unladen

Fee.

Date when licence renewable,

120 together with a further sum of $10 for each seat for a passenger in the vehicle.

This regulation shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1930.-

No. 654.-flis Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. LUCIEN EMILE CAMILLE DAVID be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 593 of the 15th November, 1929.
