By-law made under sections 6 (43) (b) and 16 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903.
The trade or business of fat-boiling is hereby declared by the Sanitary Board to be an offensive trade, and by-law 1 contained in Schedule B to the Public Health and Build- ings Ordinance, 1903, under the heading "Offensive trades" is hereby amended by the insertion of the words "fat-boiling", between the words "resin-boiling" and "tallow- melting" in line 2 of the said by-law 1.
