11. Chater Masonic Scholarship Fund Bill.-The Hon. Mr. W. E. L. SHESTON moved the Second reading of the Bill intituled "An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Trustees of the Chater Masonic Scholarship Fund."

Council in Committee on the Bill.

In By-law No. 3 of the Schedule the word "Benevolent" in the last line but

one, was changed to "Benevolence'
