Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 6 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1916, Ordinance No. 9 of 1916, on the 29th day of August, 1918.
Subject to the provisions of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinances, 1916 and 1917, and of all regulations made under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1916, it shall be lawful for any registered person to have in his possession, import, export, sell and supply any poison, and to keep open shop for retailing, dispensing or compounding poisons.
