Section 28 of the Police Force Ordinance, 1900, is amended by the repeal of the words “Captain Superinten- dent or a Deputy Superintendent" in the second and third lines of paragraph (3) and by the substitution of the words Inspector General of Police, Deputy Inspector General of Police or a Divisional Superintendent" there- for.

14. Wherever in any Ordinance, Order of the Governor of Ordinance, in Council, Order of the Governor, rule, regulation, etc., where
