The Colonial Treasurer seconded.

The Hon. Sir HENRY E. POLLOCK, Kt., K.C., the Hon. Sir SHOUSON CHOW, Kt., the Hon. Mr. W. E, L. SHENTON and the Hon. Mr. J. P. BRAGA addressed the Council.
