EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 449.-His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. HENRY POOLEY be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 643 of the 21st November, 1928.

Order made by the Governor in Council under section 230 (1) of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, on the 2nd day of September, 1929.

It is hereby ordered that the Head of the Sanitary Department, or any officer deputed by him in that behalf, shall be the competent authority and he is hereby empowered to deal with any nuisance under section 162 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, as enacted by the Public Health and Buildings Amendment Ordinance, 1927.
