It is hereby declared by order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Shanghai is a place at which an infectious or contagious disease, namely, cholera, prevails.

With reference to Government Notification No. 294, published in the Gazette of the 7th June, 1929, His Excellency the Governor has received information from the Secretary of State for the Colonies that Señor Don ANTONIO ALEXANDRINO ROSELLO BOTELHO has been appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of El Salvador in Hong Kong.
