NOTE (5).-The exportation of the goods mentioned in the above Schedule is prohibited as follows:-

(1) Goods marked (A), to all destinations;

(2) Goods marked (B), to all ports and destinations abroad other than ports and destina-

tions in the United Kingdom and British Possessions and Protectorates;

(3) Goods marked (c), to all destinations in European and Asiatic Russia and in other foreign countries in Europe and on the Mediterranean, except France and French Possessions, Italy and Italian Possessions, Spain and Portugal, and to all ports in any such foreign countries;

(4) Goods marked (D), to all ports and destinations other than ports and destinations in the United Kingdom, British Possessions and Protectorates, France and French Possessions, Russia, Italy and Italian Possessions, and to all Russian Baltic ports; (5) Goods marked (E), to all ports and destinations other than ports and destinations in

the United Kingdom.

(6) Goods marked (r), to all ports and destinations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and the

Netherlands.

NOTE (6).-Application may be made to the Superintendent of Imports and Exports for informa- tion as to the conditions on which special licences will be granted for the exportation of prohibited articles.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Licensing Ordi- nance, 1887, Ordinance No. 8 of 1887, on the 25th day of July, 1918.

Condition No. 8 of the Conditions of a Hawkers Licence prescribed by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Licensing Ordinance, 1887, and as published on pages 346 to 356 of the Regulations of Hongkong, 1914, are hereby amended by adding the following paragraph at the end thereof:

SHAM SHUI PO MARKET.

Eastern Boundary. Boundary Street and an unnamed Public Street not yet constructed as shown on a plan deposited with the Head of the Sanitary Department.

Western Boundary. Yen Chou Street.

Northern Boundary.--Ap Liu Street.

Southern Boundary.--Tung Chíðu Street.

The following is a list of the streets and lanes within the boundaries mentioned :

Yu Chou Street.

Ki Lung Street.

Tai Nam Street. Lai Chi Kok Road. Yee Kuk Street.

Hai Tan Street.

Kwei Lin Street. Pei Ho Street, Nan Chang Street.
