EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 385.

Rule made by the Governor in Council under section 18 of the Prisons Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 4 of 1899, on the 30th July, 1929.

The Prison Rules made by the Governor in Council under section 18 of the Prisons Ordinance, 1899, and set forth on pages 181-257 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, are hereby further amended by the deletion of the words "in Council" next after the word "Governor" in line 3 of rule 335, on page 246.
