Any notice, request or consent to be given by the Postmaster General Notices, &c. under these presents may be served by sending the same in a registered letter addressed to the licensee at the usual or last known place of residence or business of the licensee, or by delivery to the master of the said ship, and any notice to be given by the licensee under these presents may be served by sending the same in a registered letter addressed to the Postmaster General, Hong Kong.

N.B-The licensee of a ship station licence shall forthwith deliver up the licence to the Post- master General (a) if the licence has been cancelled; (b) if the licence has expired by effluxion of time; (c) if the licensee has ceased to be the owner of the ship; (d) if the nationality of the ship has been changed; or (e) if the port of registry of the ship has been changed.
