19. The licensee must be and keep himself conversant with the International Radio- telegraph Convention of Washington, 1927, and with the General Regulations and additional regulations annexed thereto and with all substitutions and modifications thereof, and conform thereto in as far as the same are applicable to him or to the station hereby licensed.

Subject to the following further condition this licence is applicable to a portable wireless receiving set.
CONDITION.
When a portable receiving set is used away from the above place or address the licensee must carry this licence with him and produce it if asked to do so by an authorised officer of the Post Office.

NOTE:-1. If it is desired to continue to maintain the station or to retain possession of the apparatus after the date of expiration of this licence, a fresh licence must be taken out not later than the date of such expiration, Heavy penalties are provided by the Ordinance for maintaining a wire- less station or possessing the apparatus without a valid current licence.
2. If it is desired to transfer the station to another address it is necessary first to obtain the per- mission of the Postmaster General and to pay the prescribed fee.
3. This licence may be cancelled by the Postmaster General at any time, either by notice in writing addressed to the licensee at the address specified in the licence, or by a general notice in the Government Gazette, or in such other way as he may think fit. Any contravention of any of the conditions specified in the licence may cause cancellation of the licence.
