The Governor in Council on behalf of the Colony of Hong Kong respectfully and gratefully thanks Your Majesty for your gracious and inspiring message received on St. George's Day. It is the earnest prayer of all Your Majesty's loyal subjects in Hong Kong that Your Majesty may be preserved in complete health and strength long to reign

over us.
