APPOINTMENTS, &c.

No. 328.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under section. 3 of the Dentistry Ordinance, 1914, Ordinance No. 16 of 1914, Dr. HILMAR FLORENZ SOMMERS to be a Member of the Dental Board for a further period of three years, with effect from 18th June, 1929.

Order made by the Governor under section 92 (8) of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903.

WHEREAS 1, Sir CECIL CLEMENTI, K.C.M.G., Governor of Hong Kong and its Dependencies, deem it expedient for the reservation of catchment areas for Govern- ment Waterworks in the New Territories to remove any and every body or the remains of

any and every body from any grave or urn whatsoever within the catchment areas as shown on the map dated 30th April, 1929, marked "HONG KONG WATER WORKS Shing Mun Valley Scheme", deposited in the Office of the Public Works Department at Victoria, Hong Kong, and thereon coloured red, which map may be seen during office hours at the said office: Now, therefore, in pursuance of sub-section (8) of section 92 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, I do hereby order and direct such removal to be made in manner following, that is to say, the said bodies and remains shall be removed under the direction of the District Officer, and shall be re-interred or dis- posed of in such manner as the Secretary for Chinese Affairs and the Committee of the Tung Wah Hospital shall think fit.
