EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 62 of the Opium Ordinance, 1914, Ordinance No. 4 of 1914, on the 29th day of June, 1918.

The regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 62 of the Opium Ordinance, 1914, and published in the Gazette of 5th February, 1916, as amended by the regulations made by the Governor in Council under the said Ordinance and pub- lished in the Gazette of 20th April, 1916, are repealed and the following regulations are substituted therefor:-

1. The qualities of prepared opium sold shall be known as Kamshan opium,

Hongkong opium, and Persian opium.

2. Kamshan opium shall be sold in tins containing 3 taels of opium at the rate

of $45.00 a tin.
