The rainfall for the month of April at the Botanical Gardens was lin. 22 on 8 days, at the Matilda Hospital, Mount Kellett, it was lin. 05 on 8 days, at the Royal Hong Kong Golf Club, Fauling, it was 1.68 on 11 days, and at the Police Station, Taipo, it was in 97 on 7 days.
The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 29ius. 739 at 17h. on the 30th.
The maximum squall velocity, as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was at the rate of 15 miles per hour at 15h 05m. on the 30th.
