His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of section 2 (e) of the Industrial Employment of Children Ordinance, 1922, Ordinance No. 22 of 1922, HENRY LANE LOCKHART to act as an inspector of juvenile labour for the purposes of the said Ordinance during the absence on leave of FRANCIS MEADE, with effect from 7th March, 1929.

No. 137.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of section 3 (1) of the Factory (Accidents) Ordinance, 1927, Ordinance No. 3 of 1927, HENRY LANE LOCKHART to act as an inspector of factories in addition to his other duties during the absence on leave of FRANCIS MEADE, with effect from 7th March, 1929.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10- of 1911, to nominate Mr. Jony ROSKRUGE WOOD as a member of the Court of the Univer- sity of Hong Kong for a further period of three years, with effect from 1st January, 1929.
