The Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900.

No. 105.–It is hereby notified, under section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amounts of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of :-

(1) S.D. IV Lot No. 730 (2) S.D. IV Lot No. 771 (3) S.D. IV Lot No. 773 (4) S.D. IV Lot No. 777 (5) S.D. IV Lot No. 778

is constituted as follows:-

(6) S.D. IV Lot No. 779 (7) S.D. IV Lot No. 780 (8) S.D. IV Lot No. 781 (9) S.D. IV Lot No. 782 (10) S.D. IV Lot No. 783

Mr. PHILIP JACKS, Justice of the Peace, Chairman;

Mr. HENRY EDWARD GOLDSMITH, M.I.M.&Cy.E., M.R.S.I., nominated by His

Excellency the Governor; and

Mr. EDMUND FREDERICK RONALD SAMPLE, A.R.I.B.A., nominated by the Chair-

man on behalf of the respective owners.

It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Monday, the 4th day of March, 1929, at 2.15 o'clock in the afternoon, at the Land Office, Victoria, Hong Kong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.

Any person claiming compensation, whether as owner or otherwise, by reason of such resumption must, before the commencement of the sittings of the Board, transmit to the Colonial Secretary for transmission to the Board a written claim, stating the nature of his right or interest in the land and the amount which he seeks to recover.
