EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 138.-His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct, under Section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the names of Mr. UGO GONELLA, Mr. CLARENCE A. COBURN, and Mr. CARLOS HENRIQUE DE SENNA FERNANDES BASTO be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 98 of the 16th March, 1917.

Order made by the Governor in Council under Section 7 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1916, Ordinance No. 9 of 1916, as amended by the Pharmacy and Poisons Amendment Ordinance, 1917, Ordinance No. 8 of 1917, this 18th day of April, 1918.

Schedule A of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1916, is hereby amended by transferring from Part II to Part I of the said Schedule the following articles namely:---- Diethyl-barbituric acid, and other alkyl, aryl, or metallic derivatives of barbi- turic acid, whether described as veronal, proponal, medinal, or by any other trade name, mark or designation; and all poisonous urethanes and ureides.
