No. 75. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint NG KAM-SING () to be a "Forest Officer" for the control and superintendence of the forests (吳金勝) of the Colony, in succession to UN KAM-PO () resigned, with effect from the 28th January, 1918.

No. 76. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint LI KOON-YUNG (*) to be a "Forest Officer" for the control and superintendence of the forests of the Colony, with effect from the 1st February, 1918.

Trading with the Enemy Second Amendment Ordinance, 1915.

No. 77. With reference to Government Notification No. 416 of the 15th Septem- ber, 1915, it is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. EDWARD DUDLEY CORSCADEN WOLFE to act as Custodian of enemy property, for the purpose of receiving, holding, preserving and dealing with such property as may be paid to or yested in him in pursuance of the Trading with the Enemy Second Amend- ment Ordinance, 1915, with effect from the 2nd February, 1918, and until further notice.

Passport Requirements at Philippine Ports of Entry.

1. No person shall be permitted to disembark from a foreign vessel at a Philippine port except upon surrender to a Customs officer of a properly executed passport.
