Order made by the Governor in Council under Sections 3 and 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, Ordinance No. 32 of 1915, on the 21st day of February, 1918.
Rule No. 42, which was made the above Ordinance and was published in the Gazette of the 20th October, 1916, and which was amended by Orders in Council published on the 27th October, 1916, and on the 4th May, 1917, is further amended by inserting between the word “America” and the word "China" the words "Philippine Islands, Porto Rico, Spanish Possessions in Morocco
NOTE 1.--Certificates of Interest are still required in the case of imports from Tangier and the Spanish Zone of Influence in Morocco, i.e., the towns of Laraiche, Tetuan, Alcazar, and Arzila.
NOTE 2. It should be noted that the fact that goods have been transhipped in, or carried in transit through, a port in the United Kingdom, or in some British Possession, does not relieve the importer from the obligation to produce a certificate of origin and interest, or a certificate of interest, as the case may be, where such obligation would otherwise exist.-

Additional Condition of Eating House Licence made by the Governor in Council under Section 34 (2) of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 9 of 1911, this 21st day of February, 1918.
The following condition is hereby added by the Governor in Council under Section 34 (2) of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 9 of 1911, to the warning and conditions of Licences for Eating Houses set out in Form No. 12 of the First Schedule to the said Ordinance :-
"7. The whole of the ground floor of the premises is to be covered with a layer of not less than 4 inches of cement concrete rendered smooth and laid to the satisfaction of the Building Authority."
