that any buildings or works other than Government buildings or works have been or may hereafter be erected or carried out upon designs or plans or of type, con- struction or materials consented to or approved of by the Government or by any Government officer or by reason of the fact that any such works or buildings are subject to the approval or inspection of any Government officer.

An Ordinance to amend the Pharmacy and
Poisons Ordinance, 1976.
[28th December, 1928.]
BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pharmacy and Poisons Amendment Ordinance, 1928.
2. Wherever in sections 3, 5 and 19 of the Pharmacy of Ordinance and Poisons Ordinance, 1916, hereinafter called the prin- No. 9 of
cipal Ordinance, or in any regulation made thereunder, the 1916,
term, Colonial Secretary, appears, the term, Director of Medical and Sanitary Services, shall be substituted for Regulations. such term, but any such substitution shall be without prejudice to anything heretofore doue under the said Ordi- nance or under any regulation made thereunder.

3.-(1) Section 6 (f) of the principal Ordinance is amended by the repeal of the word "wholesale" in the first line thereof.
(2) Section 6 (g) of the principal Ordinance is amended by the repeal of the words "to wholesale dealers'
at the end thereof.
