10. Carriage of Goods by Sea Bill.-The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled “An Ordinance to amend the law with respect to the carriage of goods by sea.”

11. United Kingdom Designs Protection Bill. The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to protect the registered proprietor of any design registered in the United Kingdom."

12. Public Health and Buildings Amendment Bill. The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend further the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903."

13. Pharmacy and Poisons Amendment Bill.-The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1916."

ADJOURNMENT.

14. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government wished the members

a very happy Christmas.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government referred to the approaching departure for Home of Mr. BREAKSPEAR, the official reporter, and wished him a pleasant and successful time.

15. The Council then adjourned until Thursday, the 27th day of December, 1928.
