No. 649.-The following Public and General Holidays will be observed Government Holidays in 1929:

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to exclude the Police Magistrate's Department from the operation of the Holidays Ordinance, 1912, Ordinance No. 5 of 1912, on the 12th February, 30th March, 1st April, 20th May, 3rd June, 1st July, 5th August, 14th October, 11th Novem- ber, and 26th December, 1929.

The Imports and Exports Department will be open from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon on all the above days except Sundays Chinese New Year's Day, Good Friday, and Christmas Day.
