Passport Notice.
No. 600.-As from 1st of January, 1929, no Emergency Certificate of Nationality or Police Permit to leave the Colony will be issued to British Subjects or non-British Subjects for travel to any non-British Territory.
All British Subjects more especially Indians who intend to travel to other places after their arrival in Hong Kong should obtain passports in their country of origin as the Hong Kong Passport Office will not issue Passports to persons who are not domiciled in Hong Kong without previous reference to their country of origin.
