EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

Order made by the Governor in Council under section 4 of the Tobacco Ordinance, 1916, Ordinance No. 10 of 1916, on the 25th day of October, 1928.

1. The following annual fees are hereby prescribed by the Governor in Council. under section 4 of the Tobacco Ordinance, 1916, and the same shall be paid for licences issued or renewed on or after the First day of January, 1929 :-

(1) A fee of $50 for every Importers licence.

(2) A fee of $20 for every Retailers licence where the licensed premises are

within,-

(a) the portion of the City of Victoria, east of Sands Street; or

(b) the south-west portion of Kowloon Peninsula, being that portion cut off by a line along Waterloo Road, from the Harbour of Refuge to the Public Mortuary, thence direct to the Railway Bridge, Chatham Road, and to Hung Hom Bay.

(3) A fee of $10 for every Retailers licence where the licensed premises are out-

side the said portions of the City of Victoria and Kowloon Peninsula.

2. The Third Schedule to the Tobacco Ordinance, 1916, is hereby further amended as follows,-

(1) by the deletion of "Importers licence...
