Whereas the above lot having been re-entered by the Crown on the 18th day of January, 1928, for breach of a Condition of the Tenancy it is hereby notified that the Crown proposes at the expiration of 28 days from the date hereof to sell or exercise other acts of ownership over the above Lot unless in the meantime you or either of you Peti- tion the Supreme Court under section 3 or the Governor in Council under section 4 of Ordinance No. 4 of 1870 for relief against such Re-entry or forfeiture.
