EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 508.-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council bas under section 90 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, this day authorised as a place to be used as a cemetery and to be known as New Kowloon Cemetery No. 3, the piece of land containing approximately 197 acres, situated at Cheung Sha Wan in New Territories in the Colony of Hong Kong and shown on the plan deposited and which may be seen in the office of the Public Works Department.

Rules made by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, with the con- currence of the Officer Administering the Government, under and in accordance with the provisions of section 4 of the Suitors' Funds Ordinance, 1896, Ordinance No. 5 of 1896.

1.-OPERATION AND INTERPRETATION.

1. These rules shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1928, and may be cited as the Suitors' Funds Rules, 1928.

2. The Suitors' Funds Rules, 1896, are hereby revoked: Provided that such rules shall continue to apply to orders made but not fully acted upon before these rules come into operation so far as is indispensible for the purpose of duly giving effect to such orders.
